what camera + lens setup was used? (if it's not a secret ofcourse) :)

I'm using Canon 20D (most of the time), and these images were taken with Canon EF 17-40 L, Cokin ND Gradient Filter, Cokin Circular Polarizer and Cokin Yellow filter (for the 3rd image).
