Sunrise over Gaasperplas, Amsterdam

The moon just before dawn...
For some reason I was very early this morning, and I couldn't resist looking on the internet to see what the weather would be like. hmm...rain all day...hey wait a minute! During the morning the rain will start. Before that it is an almost clear sky! So I got my photogear and went outside and all the way to the Gaasperplas, Amsterdam to make some photo's of the sunrise. I was lucky. It was a beautiful morning! Have a look at the pictures above and below...

The not-yet-there-sunlight gives us a magenta morning. Stunning!

Do I see some red in the sky ?

The sunlight finally touches the clouds
